June 1, 2023, Toronto: The Zoryan Institute is pleased to announce that the deadline for the Genocide Studies International (GSI) Student Essay Contest has been extended until June 30th!
The decision to extend the deadline for the contest was made to accommodate the growing interest and participation from students worldwide.
The Genocide Studies International (GSI) Student Essay Contest allows future leaders to join the conversation about genocide prevention. Every essay will be read by a panel of experts who will determine one winner and two runners-up. All three papers will be published in a forthcoming issue of Genocide Studies International, and the winning author will receive $250 CAD.
