PhD and Master’s degree in Political and Economic Law from Mackenzie Presbyterian University. Adjunct Coordinator of the Faculty of Law at Mackenzie Presbyterian University (2016-Sept. 2020). Professor of Human Rights, Constitutional Law, and Electoral Law at Mackenzie Presbyterian University. Specialist in Fundamental Rights from the University of Coimbra (“Instituto Ius Gentium Conimbrigae”/IGC) and Criminal Sciences Brazilian Institute (IBCCRIM). Specialization in Human Rights from Pablo de Olavide University, 2006 (Seville, Spain). Specialist in Genocide and Human Rights from the “International Institute for Genocide and Human Rights Studies” (Zoryan Institute) and the University of Toronto (Canada). Professor at the Higher School of the Public Prosecutor’s Office of the Union (2024/2026) on International Criminal Law. Author of the works “Indigenous Genocide in Brazil – Developmentalism between 1964 and 1985”, Ed. Juruá, 2018 and “Compliance and Human Rights, Diversity and Environment”, Ed. Thomson Reuters/Revista dos Tribunais, 2021, in co-authorship, as well as of many others scientific and press articles on indigenous genocide and human rights. Lecturer in Brazil and abroad. Member of the Editorial Board of the Journal of International Criminal Law (Sweden). Coordinator of the MACKPEACE Human Rights Clinic for supervised guidance for migrants and refugees at the Faculty of Law of the Mackenzie Presbyterian University. Researcher of the Fighting Labour Exploitation through Education – Agricultural Sector Specialist Training (FLEE-ASSET) project linked to the Erasmus+ Program of the European Commission (EU). Visiting professor at the Technische Hochschule Nürnberg Georg Simon Ohm (Technological University of Nuremberg, Germany, 2021-2024). Co-coordinator of the Study and Research Group MackPeace for Global Justice and International Criminal Court.
