The Zoryan Institute would like to express its sincere gratitude to all those who honored the memory of Souren Sarkissian by choosing to make a donation to the Zoryan Institute in lieu of flowers. To date the donations received from all corners of the world has reached over $70,000.

Souren was a staunch and loyal supporter of the Zoryan Institute’s work since its inception. He gave generously to causes supporting research, publication, education, culture, and women’s empowerment.

To honour Souren’s memory, the Zoryan Institute will be using these donations to foster and develop a new generation of scholars to engage in genocide and human rights research and study.
