Toronto – July 21, 2022:  Since 2002, the annual, graduate-level Genocide and Human Rights University Program (GHRUP) has helped develop and support new generations of scholars from across disciplines to pursue research, publication, and teaching in Genocide and Human Rights Studies, and practice in the prevention of genocide and human rights violations. The 2022 Program

The 2022 program will be hosted online over Zoom from August 1-12, 2022. Fourteen students have been admitted to the 2022 program from diverse geographic backgrounds including, Bangladesh, Nigeria, the United States and Canada. The students bring with them a range of experience in fields such as social justice and human rights studies, law, history, sociology, political science, global health, and anthropology.
